In Italy and Europe, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. Outside of Europe, delivery times may vary depending on the services available and the time zones.

Yes, we serve all EU countries without issues. Countries outside the EU often require an import permit for these kinds of goods, but if the customer has the necessary authorisations, we can serve them.

The shipping methods vary depending on the final destination. Italy and Europe are served by express courier with delivery in 24-48 hours, except in unforeseen events not dependent on us, such as force majeure, public holidays, remote/inaccessible delivery locations or issues with the carrier.
Countries outside the EU can be served via courier or with door-airport shipping. We recommend that you check the expected delivery times in advance, and whether authorisation is required to import the product to your destination country. In these cases, delivery times will vary depending on the services available.

Yes, online purchases via our e-commerce site are secure because the payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe, international services which guarantee customer data security, and we therefore do not have direct access to your credit card data. For greater security, we cannot access or view your card or PayPal account data directly, and this information is never stored on our servers.

Orders and Returns

 

To make an order on our e-commerce site, you will need to have a valid VAT number and register with the site. Following registration, you will receive a password via email with which to access the service. Once you have logged on, just select the truffle(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and complete the checkout and payment process.

Yes, you will need to register and set up an account. Moreover, as we are B2B, and therefore only for the use of professionals, you will need a valid VAT number.

It is only possible to cancel or modify orders before they have been handed to the courier. If the package has already left our warehouse, it is not possible for us recover it. For this reason, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Along with the invoice, you will be sent the tracking number for your package, together with the name of the courier used. Just go to the courier’s website and enter the tracking number to view the progress of your package.

No, it is not possible to return products. Truffles are fresh, perishable products, and as such, pursuant to article 64 of Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, the right to return products does not apply. If your truffle does not meet the requirements specified at the time of purchase, has been damaged in transport or you have any other doubts, please contact us.
