The websites www.afoodtartufi.it and www.afoodtruffles.com are considered online B2B e-commerce sites, and therefore provided solely for the use of professionals and companies; as such, Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6/9/2005, as amended, does not apply, particularly as regards the right to withdrawal and, more generally, the provisions that apply only to “Consumers”, in accordance with the Italian consumer code.
It is not possible to return products. Truffles are fresh, perishable products, and as such, pursuant to article 64 of Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, the right to return products does not apply. If your truffle does not meet the requirements specified at the time of purchase, has been damaged in transport or you have any other doubts, please contact us.
