SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

To minimise delivery times, we suggest you place your order before 11 a.m. CET.

Delivery will generally be made in the following timeframes, unless affected by force majeure, public holidays, remote/inaccessible delivery locations or issues with the carrier:

Italy (mainland) 24/48.ore
Italy (islands) 48/72.ore
Europe (UE) 24/48.ore
Europe (Extra UE – Svizzera e Norvegia) 24/48.ore
Non-EU countries (where possible) 48/72.ore

Orders received after 11:00 will be shipped the working day following the order date.

Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched for Saturday delivery (where this service is available for the delivery destination) at a surcharge of 50 Euros.

If a Saturday delivery is not available, the order will be processed and shipped on the working day following the order date.

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Italy, EU, Switzerland and Norway

Deliveries within Italy, the EU and Switzerland and Norway will be made by express courier during working hours within the timeframes specified on the order form, and shall be made to the specified delivery address, with the exception of delays, unforeseen circumstances or delays in customs processing (for Switzerland and Norway) which are not dependent on us.

Rest of the World

Delivery to countries outside of Europe may be made with Incoterms DAT, DDP or to the stated address (named place), depending on the availability of appropriate transport routes and vehicles, customs limitations and agreements made with the User. In order to guarantee product quality, we reserve the right to refuse orders which cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to customs restrictions, or due to a lack of appropriate transport or the import authorisations required. The delivery times, where possible, will in any case be specified on the order form, with the exception of delays or unexpected issues outside of our control. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the EU, we suggest you contact our customer service department in advance to check delivery feasibility and discuss the best approach.
